I have been staying at this hotel on and off for business over the past 3 years. I have watched the hotel develop over this time and can say that its my go-to whenever I'm visiting Aberdeen. The front desk service is always good, and you are greeted with a smile and, in my case a welcome back. The restaurant has went through a good upgrade and now has a more up market feel and the food is in line with a nice bistro rather than a generic hotel. Don't get me wrong I have had a few issues over years but they were always resolved swiftly. All in all I would recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms where to sleep. Rooms are dated for what the rest of the hotel offers. The breakfast and the dinner in the restaurant area are Fabulous! The gym is also nice and enough if you are spending a couple of days here. Will defiantly recommended and would return here. Some of the personnel reception could be

We recently held our Company Presentation Day at Holiday Inn West. The feedback we have received from all was that is was a great well organised day, the food was exceptional and the service quick and efficient. We will definitely be looking at making a reservation for next year. The staff were so helpful, especially with all of my requests in the morning for setting up.

Me and my new wife just recently had our wedding at the hotel(12/8/23) we stayed on Fri and the night of wedding. We had an absolute brilliant time food was brilliant and staff and service was on point. As for day of wedding the events team were there for us whenever we needed them changed things when we needed to the whole day ran smooth and we're both so grateful for there kindness and understanding throughout day and night. Can't recommend the hotel highly enough 🤩🤩

We stayed at this hotel during a family trip where we planned a mixture of forest walks and farm shops. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it is a great location for this kind of trip, west of the city centre with quick access to the countryside. Very relaxed stay, would recommend to families.
